About the project

The project is being implemented as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Program, Priority: Economic Resilience and Competitiveness – Grant Component, Measure A1.2.1. Investments for enterprises in products, services, and employee and staff competencies related to business diversification.

The project focuses on business diversification and aims to increase its resilience to crisis situations by expanding the range of services provided, implementing new organizational, digital, and ecological solutions, and adapting the business model to changing market conditions and customer needs.

The project’s implementation is a response to the experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic, which highlighted the need to move away from serving large groups towards intimate, safe forms of recreation. As part of the project, a new accommodation facility and complementary services will be created, offering a safe alternative to traditional hotel establishments.

Project objective

The project aims to diversify the company’s operations by introducing new accommodation and recreational services, increasing the company’s resilience to future health, social, and economic crises, and strengthening its competitive position in the market.

Target audience

The project is aimed at individual clients, couples, and families seeking safe, intimate forms of recreation, as well as those who prefer active outdoor leisure. The offer will target domestic and international tourists, including environmentally conscious clients who expect modern, comfortable, and environmentally responsible solutions.

Scope of activities

As part of the company’s business diversification, comprehensive investment, development, digital, and training activities are planned, including:

  • adaptation of the existing building and creation of a new accommodation facility up to 35 m², designed for a maximum of 2 people,

  • carrying out adaptation works including, among others, renovation of wooden logs, installation of a roof made of reclaimed tiles, installation of window and door joinery, construction of a bathroom, wooden floor, kitchenette, and interior furnishing using reclaimed materials,

  • introduction of a new accommodation service under PKD code 55.20.Z – Tourist and other short-stay accommodation,

  • expansion of the offer with sports equipment rental services through the purchase of 4 electric bicycles,

  • implementation of green transformation through the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic system with a minimum capacity of 3 kW,

  • implementation of digital transformation by creating a modern website with an online booking module, compliant with current WCAG digital accessibility standards,

  • automation of customer service and reservation management processes,

  • provision of consulting services supporting the implementation of new business models in the HoReCa industry,

  • conducting training for management staff on business continuity management in accordance with ISO 22301:2019.

Project outcomes

The project’s implementation will result in effective diversification of the company’s operations, leading to:

  • increased company resilience to health, social, and economic crises,

  • diversification of revenue sources and improved financial stability,

  • acquisition of new customer groups and expansion of the customer base,

  • improved quality and accessibility of services provided,

  • increased competitiveness of the company in the regional and national markets,

  • reduction of the negative environmental impact of operations through the use of renewable energy sources,

  • reduction of operating costs, particularly electricity costs,

  • increased brand recognition and online visibility of the offer,

  • enhancement of management staff competencies in crisis management,

  • enhancement of the Podkarpackie region’s tourism offer and promotion of sustainable tourism.
